PLS Logistics is a leading logistics company headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. I joined the marketing team as a Video Producer, later accepting a secondary role as Web Designer.

Featured Project 01
Recruiting Dallas
One of my core initiatives was supporting the recruiting team with video content. For this video, I traveled solo to our Dallas office to film a recruiting video targeted at male and female candidates ages 22-25. I spent the first day filming employee interviews and capturing general b-roll of the office. That evening, I reviewed dailies, transferred footage, and prepared for day two. I spent the second day filming a group of employees around the city. When I returned to the headquarters I synced all video and audio files, and produced a first cut based on general direction from previous recruiting videos. I implemented change requests from the CEO and Director of Marketing and rendered a final version.

NOTE: The recruiters shared this video with candidates already in the hiring process. These candidates were already familiar with the position, so this video was intended to show off the office culture, city life, and employee testimonials.

Services Overview
This video was targeted at supply chain managers. I first met with company executives and key stakeholders to learn what was important to them and their teams. I wrote the voice over dialogue and shopped it around for feedback from company leaders. I cast a voice actress and began selecting relevant b-roll from previous video shoots. I purchased additional stock footage b-roll based on the VO script. I finalized the edit based on feedback from various sales team members. The video was then used by the sales team and account executives to supplement the sales process.
